Artwork Label Templates and Instructions

Artwork on display for exhibition and/or sale through Summit Art is required to have a Summit Art branded label. Labels are for all mediums. Please choose from the label template at the bottom of this page

LABEL INSTRUCTIONS

Important: Labels are a fillable Adobe PDF template. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open and complete the template files.

Creating Labels

  1. Click the links to download the appropriate label template. 

  2. Save the file to your computer or device.

  3. Open the template file on your computer or device. 

  4. In the document, click “fill and sign” on the right side. 

  5. Fill in your information by clicking in/over the lines for text (or in the blue highlighted areas) and typing your information. 

  6. There is room to insert your logo or QR code in the bottom right corner of each label; otherwise, leave it blank. 

  7. Save label to your computer and print! 

Printing Labels

Print labels on white heavy card stock. After printing, cut labels on the ourside of the black borders to a 3”×4″ size. Leave a margin at the top of the label to place tape for hanging. 

Adding Label to Artwork

Placed labels on the bottom right edge of the frame or art piece.
