This opportunity is open to Juried Artist Members. The number of artists and amount of space for each artist will be determined based on applications and specifics of displays. This is a great opportunity for all artists - 2D, 3D, and jewelry!

The following items will be provided for each performance: tables, chairs, tablecloths and Summit Art branded tablerunner.

Artists may bring gridwall panels, pro panels & lighting for hanging artwork, whatever is needed for a small display. Summit Art also has metal panels available if necessary.

Artists Expectations
Please be available to set up the evening before each performance. This is typically on Friday at 5:00 pm during the Symphony's dress rehearsal. Specific times will be confirmed as the concert date approaches.

Artists should plan to arrive on performance days one hour before the start of the concert and stay until roughly one hour after (approximately 4 hours). Artists will be able to sell artwork before, during intermission and after the performance.

If possible, though not required, artwork should be related to the theme of the concert.

Artists handle all sales transactions and will remit 30% of total sales to Summit Art as a commission fee. Summit Art will donate 10% of total sales from the evening to the Lee's Summit Symphony.
