Bill Decker retired from Gill Studios, a silk screening company. He has a bachelors degree in science from Eastern Michigan University and is currently selling his work in Waverly House Gifts and Gallery in Springfield, Mo, and at the Summit Art Gallery at Powell Gardens’ Visitors Center in Kingsville, MO.

Bill has won many awards over the last 18 years such as Artist of the year, Best of show, and many first, second and third place awards. His awards have come from Missouri, Texas, Ohio, Florida and Georgia.
