Call for Art

We are accepting applications from Summit Art’s juried members interested in showing in this busy retail space. Space is available for up to 40 artists to display two (2) hanging or 3D art pieces.

Monday 11/24 10am – 2pm
Wednesday 11/26 11am – 5pm
Artists who cannot make these dates should contact Peggy Newham directly to coordinate a separate drop off arrangement.

Eligibility and Application
Open to current Juried members in good standing. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received up to 40 artists. Artists will be notified of acceptance. Please ensure you have renewed your Juried Artist membership for 2026. Need to renew your membership? Renew here.

Deadline to Apply
The artist application form will close December 5. Artists are encouraged to complete the interest form as soon as possible to ensure hanging artwork prior to Thanksgiving. This will allow us to be ready for the busy shopping weekend that follows (Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Artists Sunday). Artists looking to hang artwork after November 26 will need to contact Peggy Newham directly to arrange a time.

Exhibiting Information

  • Exhibition is open to current Juried Artist Members in good standing for 2026. Ensure your membership dues are paid by December 30, 2025. Need to renew your membership?

  • Summit Art remits 70% of total sales back to the artist within 60 days of the sale.

  • Unwind Fiber Arts will maintain inventory and sales and records of each artwork. Unwind Fiber Arts will need the artist’s name, artwork title, and price for the inventory listing.

  • Labels: Artists will need to create their own tags for each piece on display.

  • Artwork must adhere to Summit Art’s Extended Gallery Display Standards and Guidelines

  • All artworks, including paintings, prints & reproductions, must be matted, framed (unless gallery-wrapped canvas) & wired following the gallery hanging guidelines.

  • You will be notified when a piece sells and will be required to bring a replacement as soon as possible.
